Organic Vegetable Oils
Organic Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is produced from the kernel or meat of matured coconuts harvested from the coconut palm. We use organic coconut oil for its cleaning properties and to give our foaming hand soap a great lather.
Organic Olive Oil
Olive oil is produced from the olive fruit and we specifically use organic extra virgin olive oil to make our foaming hand soap milder on your hands.
Organic Castor Oil
Castor oil is extracted from the beans of the Ricinus communis plant. We use organic castor oil to make our foaming hand soap less drying on your hands.
Organic Jojoba Oil
Jojoba oil is extracted from the seeds of the Jojoba shrub and like olive oil and castor oil, we use organic jojoba oil to produce a milder foaming hand soap that's soft on your hands
Pure Essential Oils
Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender essential oil is produced from the flower spikes of lavender using the process of steam distillation. We blend lavender and lavandin essential oils to create the scent of our Lavender foaming hand soap as well as to extend the life of the scent.
Lavandin Essential Oil
Lavandin essential oil is similar to lavender with many of the same qualities but has a stronger scent. We blend lavandin and lavender essential oils to create the scent of our Lavender foaming hand soap.
Lemongrass Essential Oil
Lemongrass essential oil is derived from the fresh or partly dried leaves of lemongrass using steam distillation. We use lemongrass essential oil to add the scent of lemongrass to our lemongrass foaming hand soap.
Tea Tree Essential Oil
Tea Tree essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the tea tree shrub using the process of steam distillation. We use tea tree essential oil to scent our tea tree foaming hand soap.
Spearmint Essential Oil
Spearmint essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the spearmint mint plant using the process of steam distillation. We use spearmint essential oil to add the scent of spearmint to our spearmint foaming hand soap.
Water, Potassium Hydroxide (Lye), Vegetable Glycerin, Citric Acid & Vitamin E
Water
We use purified water in the production of our natural foaming hand soap. We purify our water using the process of Reverse Osmosis that utilizes a partially permeable membrane to remove ions, unwanted molecules and larger particles from drinking water.
Potassium Hydroxide (Lye)
Potassium hydroxide is a caustic base. We mix it with water and vegetable oils to undergo the chemical process known as Saponification that produces true soap and not a detergent. Glycerin is also produced in the process. No Potassium Hydroxide (Lye) remains after vegetable oils and water have been transformed into Soap & Glycerin.
Vegetable Glycerin
Vegetable glycerin is an odorless, clear colored and syrup-like liquid produced from vegetable oils such as Palm, Coconut or Soy. We source vegetable glycerin derived from Soy and use it to make our foaming hand soap less drying to your hands.
Citric Acid
Citric acid is a natural acid found in many fruits but is mainly produced from the fermentation of carbohydrates. We use citric acid and water to neutralize Potassium Hydroxide (Lye) and lower the pH of our foaming hand soap.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is naturally found in vegetable oils, nuts, fish and leafy green vegetables. We specifically source vitamin E derived from Soy and use it as a natural method to delay oxidation and prolong our foaming soap's shelf life.
